Mr. Polatsek was born in Ohio and was admitted  to the bar in 1977, New York and Florida Bars, the U.S. District Court, Southern,  Eastern and Western Districts of New York and Southern District of Florida, the  U.S. Court of Appeals, Second and Eleventh Circuits and the U.S. Supreme Court.
